Serving as Executive Director since 1999, Alexandra Oliver-Dávila has transformed Sociedad Latina into a cutting-edge, data-driven youth development organization that reaches 3,000 people each year. Under her leadership, Sociedad Latina has expanded programming to support Latino youth over the long-term on their pathways to college and careers. During her tenure, Oliver-Dávila developed new programs in education, workforce development, civic engagement, and arts and culture which build on the assets of our Latino community and support Latino youth leadership. In 2012, Oliver-Dávila received an Honorary Doctorate from Emmanuel College and the NFL’s Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award.
