Saturday, July 28 & Sunday, July 29, FIGMENT Boston returns to the Rose Kennedy Greenway bringing interactive art, dance performances, and music to inspire your creativity. With 80 different art projects and the music going into the night on Saturday, FIGMENT offers opportunities for everyone to create art, play, and dance outside in the middle of the city. FIGMENT is completely free to the public and yet non-commercial, independently produced by volunteers and artists.
Started in New York in 2007, FIGMENT is an annual event that brings together the community, inspires all ages in the celebration of art, and creates a culture where everything is possible. Now with events in multiple cities, FIGMENT is a growing movement that seeks to broaden the definition of art, break down the wall between artist and spectator, and encourage everyone to participate.
