28 Degrees Owners Carl Christian and Bill Emery are pleased to announce «Sundays on The Patio» with Caipirinhas and Latin Jazz.

Caipirinhas, the national cachaca-based cocktail of Brazil, will be featured on the newly refurbished and landscaped patio on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. along with Latin jazz provided by students from the Berklee College of Music.Chef William Kovel will offer a light menu that will include a raw bar -featuring local oysters.

«We wanted to offer a place to relax between brunch and dinner,’ says Carl Christian. «If you couldn’t get out of the city for the weekend or are just back from the Cape or the Islands, stop by our outdoor urban oasis complete with cocktails, food and music.»

A sampling of Caipirinhas 28 Degrees will offer include: Traditional, Green and Red Grape, Blackberry and a Passion Fruit Inferno made from Chili infused Leblon Cachaca costing $10.50 apiece.

28 Degrees is located at One Appleton Street (and Tremont) and is open Tuesday through Sunday. Food Service Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm, Thursday through Saturday 5:30 pm – 12:00 am and Sunday (Summer only) 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Bar Service Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:00 pm – 12:00 am, Thursday through Saturday 5:00 pm – 1:00 am and Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
