Are you sick of sitting in busy Boston traffic? Tired of riding the crowded train? Or hate having to walk everywhere you need to go? Well, lucky for you, looks like there is a new solution to your transportation problems! New Balance Hubway has officially launched in Boston!

New Balance Hubway is Boston’s bike sharing system. It has just launched this month with 61 stations and 600 bicycles ready to be shared (with hopes to expand into surrounding neighborhoods). Hubway is easy to join and there is a package available for anyone- whether you’ll be riding once a year or once a day. You can register as an Annual member, a Casual 3-day member or a Casual 24-hr member; it all depends on how much you want to ride! Once you’re registered, every ride under 30 minutes is free and after that usage fees apply.

After registration, you’re ready to ride! Once you receive your Hubway key, visit any Hubway station, insert your key into a bike dock with an available bike and you’re ready to go! Enjoy your ride, run your errands, get to work or head out for lunch. Once you’re done, return the bike to any Hubway station. It’s as simple as that.
