Alicea, a Democrat, has represented the 6th Worcester District since 2006. He is of Puerto Rican descent. Alicea is a member of several committees in the House of Representatives including the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security, the Joint Committee on Education, and the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing. This is Alicea’s third time on the PowerMeter.
