Along with her colleagues Hector Lopez Camacho and Jose Garcia, Dexie Garcia created the Latin American Professionals Group (LAPG), in order to promote diversity and unity among State StreetÂ’s staff. Besides providing career counseling, the group has founded a variety of programs, including Sociedad Latina and ChildrenÂ’s Trust Fund. This is GarciaÂ’s second time on the PowerMeter list.

Junto con sus colegas Héctor López Camacho y José García, Dexie creó el Grupo de Profesionales Latinoamericanos (LAPG, por sus siglas en inglés) con el propósito de promover la diversidad y unidad entre el personal hispano de State Street. El grupo ha fundado una variedad de programas e iniciativas. Este es el segundo año del grupo en la lista del Poderómetro.
