Boston, MA-The Paradise Rock Club had a record breaking 2008 with an impressive 245 shows, up significantly from the annual average of 180, which included a remarkable105 sold out dates. The sellouts included many of the best bands to play Boston last year including: Band of Horses, Justice, Hot Chip, Dropkick Murphys, Sara Bareilles, B-52’s,Cut Copy, The Kooks, MGMT, Liz Phair, Santogold, Black Kids, Jack’s Mannequin, The All-American Rejects and many more.

The venue is also now under new management who have implemented much needed upgrades to the facility including fresh paint, new rugs, new plasma screens and updated dressing room amenities. In 2009 the venue will have a brand new full service kitchen and menu in the newly renovated Paradise Lounge open 7 days a week.
