Milton Named to Money Magazine’s 25 Best Places to Live

Three Massachusetts towns were chosen for Money Magazine’s list of 25 best places to live.  Milton was named to the #5 spot, while Acton was chosen for #16, and Hopkinton came in at #19.  The decisions for the list are made based on school systems, housing prices, crime rates, and unemployment levels.  Milton, Boston’s suburb to the south, is described in Money Magazine as «full of historic homes, tree-lined streets and well tended gardens.»  The magazine praises Milton’s palpable civic pride and accessibility to Boston.  Milton, once the home of Governor Deval Patrick, has just built 6 new schools and a new library.  Congratulations to the town of Milton.
