The Arnold Arboretum invites artists of all ages to submit their t-shirt designs for Lilac Sunday 2010.
Submission Guidelines:
- Designs must be original artwork for the front of a t-shirt suitable for men or women.
- Design must be maximum of 2 colors.
- Competition is open to all ages.
- Each artist may submit up to three designs.
- Deadline for submissions is January 31, 2010.
- Please submit a digital file of your design
Winning artwork becomes the property of the Arnold Arboretum and may be used in other promotional literature for Lilac Sunday. Submissions will be evaluated based on how well they reflect the spirit, history, and beauty of Lilac Sunday at the Arnold Arboretum.
The competition will be judged by Arnold Arboretum staff. The winner will be selected by February 17, 2010.
Winning Artwork
The winning artwork will be printed on our Lilac Sunday 2010 t-shirts. Winner will receive a oneyear membership with the Friends of the Arnold Arboretum and ten free 2009 Lilac Sunday t-shirts.
T-shirts will be available for sale to the general public on Lilac Sunday 2010.
