WHAT: Divas Uncorked, a group of African-American women whose mission is to make wine more approachable to women and people of color, will be the featured guests at Get Konnected, a FREE monthly networking event for Boston’s multicultural professionals and business executives of all cultures. Divas Uncorked will lead an informative wine tasting, teaching attendees about the nuances of bouquet, the tradition of vintage wines to the fusion of wine, and food pairings. «Wine savvy, not wine snobby,» is their mantra. Additionally, they will talk about their 2nd Annual Divas Uncorked Wine Food Festival on Martha’s Vineyard coming up in August. The Divas Uncorked Wine Food Festival is the largest and most diverse multicultural wine event on the island.
