La Alianza Hispana is one of Boston’s premier not-for-profit organizations serving the Latino community for over 40 years. In this challenging economy and decrease in public funding, one way to ensure the programs continue to thrive is by hosting innovative activities to raise necessary funds. Each year, they recognize outstanding women who represent excellence and who have greatly contributed to their field. A This year they honored yet another powerful group of women who have gone above and beyond in their support of the Latino Community.
