Festival Betances will be held in the Villa Victoria community of Boston’s South End from Friday, July 16 to Sunday, July 18, 2010. The 2010 Festival Betances will offer three full days of activities, food, vendors, music and dance performances celebrating Puerto Rican and Latino arts and culture!
