Few local dance groups can boast of having delighted President Barack Obama with their dance moves, but «Essencia Latina», a Latino youth group established in 1996 and administered by Roca, did just that last year. Essencia has been nurturing the artistic talents of over 200 high-risk youth from Chelsea, Revere and East Boston every year.

Essencia Latina, el grupo juvenil latino establecido en 1996 y manejado por la organización comunitaria Roca, tiene entre sus credenciales ese gran orgullo.
