About the Instructor:
Louisa Kasdon is currently the Food Editor-at-Large of Stuff Magazine, managing editor of How2Heroes.com and a contributing editor to the new on-line cooking magazine, ZesterDaily.com. A former owner of three restaurants in Boston, she is the author of over 400 articles, columns and feature stories, most of which are focused on the culinary world, food and cooking personalities and the restaurant industry. Her work has appeared in the Boston Phoenix, The Boston Globe, MORE Magazine, Cooking Light, Fortune Magazine, and Boston Magazine among others. In 2008 Louisa was the first prize winner of the M.F.K. Fisher Award for Excellence in Culinary Writing.
