Aquitaine South End to host first of its kind Bols Genever dinner

General Manager Alexis Gelburd-Kimler of Aquitaine in the South End along with Emily Stanley of Bols Genever invite you to join them for a first-of-its-kind dinner.

A four course dinner with five specialty cocktails all made with the Dutch export Bols Genever, newly reintroduced to the United States.  Bols Genever will be a key ingredient in the four courses prepared by Aquitaine’s acclaimed Chef de Cuisine Matthew Gaudet.  Cocktails will be prepared by Aquitaine’s award-winning mixologist Matt Coughlin.

One seating only — $65 per person.

Hibiscus Beet Marinated Arctic Char
With Bing Cherries & pickled Radishes

Crispy Long Island Duck
With orange braised Celery, Miso Bergamot Aioli & Farro

Grapefruit Butter Poached Turbot
With Cucumber, Basil & Blackberry Glass

Chocolate Malt Mousse
With Graham Streusel & Coffee dusted Marshmallow
