A four course dinner with five specialty cocktails all made with the Dutch export Bols Genever, newly reintroduced to the United States. Bols Genever will be a key ingredient in the four courses prepared by Aquitaine’s acclaimed Chef de Cuisine Matthew Gaudet. Cocktails will be prepared by Aquitaine’s award-winning mixologist Matt Coughlin.
