This summer, AMP Energy is giving mixed martial arts fans the opportunity to decide where a World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) event will take place – and giving two lucky fans a chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to the fighter, wherever it is. AMP Energy, the WEC, Hess and Maverik convenience stores, and Versus TV are partnering on the Hometown Takedown, a contest that gives 30 cities the chance to host a WEC event in December. The voting is open and runs through July 31, and the winning city will be announced on August 18.
Fans can vote online at www.AMPEnergy.com/WEC or text their zip code to a secret number available only at Hess and Maverik locations.
