Paul Francisco’s professional career took him from tight end with the New England Patriots — he was named to the football team’s active roster toward the end of the 1994-1995 season — to human resources posts at Amica and Gillette, to vice president at Veritude. He currently heads up Foster & Francisco, an executive search firm he founded. Francisco emigrated from Honduras as a teenager, attended Cathedral High School in Boston’s South End and won a football scholarship to Boston University, where he majored in political science. Francisco serves as president of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting. He is also a member of the National Football League Players Association and the New England Patriots Alumni Association, which supports youth football in New England.
