More cases of animal cruelty in MA

According to the Boston-Herald, a pedestrian in the town of Springfield found a still burning kitten on the side of the street. The man quickly called the MSPCA-Western New England Animal Care and Adoption Center. The 8 week-old kitten survived the terrible act and it is recuperating slowly. However, the MSPCA Law Enforcement department is not going to settle with that and it is offering a $1,500 reward to who ever can give any information about the cold heart person that committed the horrendous act.
