Fellow Boston School of Fashion Design students Victoria Dominguez of Grafton, who is wearing a dolman sleeved shift dress of her own design, and Kelly Higgins of Pembroke are just two of the participants in fashion competition taking place at the Faulkner-Sagoff RUNWAY Gala set for Thursday, October 22 at Boston’s InterContinental Hotel beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Presented by Suffolk Healthcare and benefiting the Faulkner-Sagoff Centre at Faulkner Hospital, this exciting event will preview the works of Boston’s hottest up and coming young designers from the School of Fashion Design.
Guests will vote for their favorite alongside celebrity judges, including TLC’s «A Makeover Story» coach Gretchen Monahan, «Project Runway» alum Emmett McCarthy and Kevin Christiana, jewelry designer Tonya Chen Mezrich and Boldfacers.com founder Lisa Pierpont.
The evening honors Men with Heart, a group of men committed to fighting breast cancer. They are husbands, sons, fathers and brothers who are doing something constructive rather than resigning to helplessness in the fight against breast cancer.
