Roxbury Strategic Master Plan Oversight Committee (RSMPOC) se creó para supervisar los proyectos que se enmarcan en el Plan Maestro Estratégico de Roxbury. Desde el lanzamiento de PLAN: Nubian Square, las reuniones de RSMPOC también incluyen informes de progreso sobre la iniciativa. El comité se reúne mensualmente para analizar el desarrollo y la planificación en Nubian Square.
