En la mañana del miércoles todavía 140,000 hogares permanecían sin electricidad, la gran mayoría de los cuales estaban en el Condado de Plymouth y en Cape (Lakeville y Aquinnah en Martha’s Vineyard quedaron al 100 por ciento sin electricidad a partir de las 10:30 a.m. del martes)
