Con una emocionante selección de largometrajes, documentales y cortos que exhiben el trabajo de cineastas que tratan temas relacionados a los latinos, llega a nuestra ciudad una vez más el Boston Latino International Film Festival (BLIFF) desde el 28 de septiembre hasta el 1 de octubre.
En esta oportunidad este evento está celebrando su edición número 15, esta fiesta del cine latino proyectará películas en tres universidades locales: Northeastern University, Emerson College y Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies de Harvard University.
Gracias a la colaboración con estos centros el BLIFF ofrecerá entrada gratuita para algunas proyecciones en Emerson College y Northeastern University.
Desde el 2002 el BLIFF ha estado comprometido con usar el poder del cine para romper estereotipos y unir culturas y comunidades. El Festival también busca sacar a la luz y generar un diálogo acerca de los temas complejos que afectan a los latinos de Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica.
